For my son’s first birthday, I made this wooden pushcart.

He left his plastic toys behind and chose the simple wooden one.

That’s when I understood what really mattered. I wanted to craft a toy that was strong – yet smooth for him.

I didn’t make LAAMBA to impress.

I made it to be pushed.
To fall.
To be picked up again.

Children don’t learn by being careful. They learn by trying, falling, and trying again.

And the toy had to be strong enough to grow with them.

I sit on it.

My son pushes it.
