Because we work with solid wood and small-batch production, each piece is made specifically for you.
- Dispatch timeline: Typically within 10–15 business days
- Delivery: Across India
- Shipping charges: Free delivery across India (unless mentioned otherwise on the product page)
- Packaging: Products are securely packed to minimise transit damage
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
If you purchased a WUDENCO product through Amazon, please use the Amazon platform to track your order.
Assembly & Setup
Some WUDENCO products may arrive:
- Fully assembled, or
- Flat-packed, depending on the product and your selection
Where flat-packed:
- Assembly is designed to be simple
- Required tools (if any) are provided
- Clear instructions are included
- Support is always available if you need help
Cancellations
Because our products are made as per your order:
- Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order
- Once production has started, cancellations may not be possible
If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.
Returns
We stand by the quality of our work.
- Returns are accepted only if the product arrives damaged or defective
- Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Supporting photos or videos will be required for assessment
We do not accept returns for:
- Normal wear and tear
- Usage marks
- Change of mind after delivery
